Some lessons arrive gently. Others keep returning — wearing different faces, different names, different circumstances — until the day you finally stop and ask: why does this keep happening to me?
That question is karma speaking.
Karma is not punishment. It is not the universe keeping score or settling debts. It is something far more patient and far more loving than that — it is your soul, in its infinite wisdom, creating the exact conditions needed for you to learn what you came here to learn. Again and again, if necessary. With complete devotion to your growth, even when that growth is uncomfortable.
You are here because something is ready to be understood.
In the laboratory before you sit four potions, each one brewed from a different thread of karmic wisdom. Each one holding a mirror to a part of your soul’s journey that is asking for your attention — not your judgment, not your shame, but your honest, courageous attention.
You don’t need to know which potion is right for you. You don’t need to analyse the colours, guess the ingredients or choose with your mind. Your soul already knows which lesson it is sitting with. It has always known.
Look at the four bottles before you. Let your eyes move between them slowly. Notice which one creates a pull — a recognition, a slight discomfort, a quiet yes somewhere beneath your ribcage.
That feeling is not a coincidence. Nothing about this moment is.
Choose your potion. Click onto it. And receive what your soul has been trying to show you.
The truth you find here is not here to frighten you. It is here to free you. 🖤
🟣 The Potion of Repeating Patterns
What keeps returning to your life?
You chose the Potion of Repeating Patterns — and your soul is ready to finally understand why.
There is a thread running through your life. You have seen it before — in different situations, different relationships, different chapters of your story — but the feeling it creates is always strangely familiar. The same dynamic, wearing a new face. The same ending, arriving through a different door. The same lesson, presenting itself with infinite patience until the day you are ready to truly receive it.
That day is today.
Repeating patterns are not evidence that you are broken or cursed or somehow doing life wrong. They are evidence that your soul is committed — deeply, persistently committed — to your evolution. Patterns repeat because they carry within them a seed of wisdom that has not yet been fully integrated. Not because you have failed, but because the understanding required goes deeper than surface-level recognition. You can know something intellectually for years before you know it in your bones.
The question your karma is asking you right now is not why does this keep happening? The real question — the one beneath that one — is: what am I still believing that keeps calling this in?
Because patterns are not random. They are magnetic. And what we magnetise consistently reveals what we believe consistently — about ourselves, about love, about what we deserve, about how safe the world is and whether it is fundamentally for us or against us. The pattern you keep experiencing is the external expression of an internal belief that has not yet been examined in full light.
For some of you this pattern lives in relationships. The same kind of person arriving, promising something different and delivering something familiar. The same dynamic of giving more than you receive, of shrinking to keep the peace, of loving people who are not yet able to love you back in the way you need. The karmic invitation here is not to become harder or more guarded — it is to become more honest about what you truly believe you deserve in love, and to sit with that belief long enough to understand where it came from.
For others the pattern is in your relationship with success, money or recognition. The breakthrough that arrives and then disappears. The opportunity that almost happens. The plateau that keeps appearing just as momentum builds. The karma here is asking you to examine your unconscious relationship with being seen, being successful, being someone who has what she wants. Somewhere, there may be a belief that success is dangerous, that visibility invites criticism, that having things means they can be taken away. These beliefs create ceilings. And they can be dismantled.
For others still the pattern is internal — the same self-sabotage, the same moment of retreat just before the breakthrough, the same voice that arrives with perfect timing to tell you that you’re not ready, not enough, not quite there yet. This voice is not the truth. It is an old protection mechanism that outlived its purpose. The karma here is asking you to thank it for keeping you safe once — and to gently, firmly, tell it that you don’t need it anymore.
The Potion of Repeating Patterns does not offer an easy answer. It offers something better: clarity. The moment you truly see the pattern — not just intellectually but in the full, compassionate light of understanding — it begins to lose its power. You cannot heal what you refuse to look at. But you can heal almost anything you are willing to see.
What is the pattern asking you to understand about yourself?
Karmic wisdom from this potion: “The pattern is not your punishment. It is your curriculum. And you are far closer to graduating than you think.”
🟢 The Potion of Unspoken Truths
What have you been avoiding?
You chose the Potion of Unspoken Truths — and something in you already knows what this is about.
There is something you have not been saying. Something you have been circling around in your mind, approaching and retreating from, half-acknowledging in quiet moments before pushing back down beneath the surface of daily life. Something that lives in the space between what you tell people and what you actually feel. Between who you present yourself to be and who you know yourself to truly be.
Your karma is not angry about this. It is patient. It has been patient for a long time. But it is asking you now, gently and with complete love, to stop.
Unspoken truths are one of the heaviest things a soul can carry. Not because they are dramatic or catastrophic — though sometimes they are — but because the energy required to keep something unsaid is enormous. Every day you don’t say the true thing, don’t feel the real feeling, don’t acknowledge the honest reality of your situation, you spend a portion of your life force on containment. On management. On maintaining the gap between what is and what you’re allowing yourself to know.
That energy could be used for something else entirely. Your karma is here to help you reclaim it.
The unspoken truth your soul is sitting with might be about a relationship — something you know but haven’t been willing to fully acknowledge about how someone treats you, about whether something is working, about what you actually want versus what you’ve been settling for. The throat chakra — the energetic centre of honest expression — carries karmic weight when truths go unspoken for too long. This weight eventually manifests. As tension in the body, as distance in relationships, as a persistent low-level sense of inauthenticity that colours everything.
The unspoken truth might also be about yourself. A dream you haven’t admitted you still have. A part of your identity you haven’t given yourself permission to claim. A feeling — grief, anger, longing, fear — that you’ve been labelling as something more manageable and less inconvenient. Real feelings don’t dissolve when we rename them. They wait.
Or perhaps the unspoken truth is about your path. A direction you know isn’t right for you anymore. A version of your life that no longer fits the woman you have grown into. A quiet but persistent knowing that something needs to change — something significant — that you have been postponing because the logistics feel overwhelming or the disruption feels too large.
Whatever form it takes for you, the Potion of Unspoken Truths is asking one thing: say it. Not necessarily out loud, not necessarily to anyone else, not necessarily today. But say it to yourself. Let yourself know what you know. Let the truth exist in your own private inner world before you decide what to do with it from there.
Because here is the karmic law at work in this potion: what we refuse to speak, we cannot heal. What we cannot name, we cannot change. The truth is not the danger. The truth is the beginning of everything you actually want.
You are safe to know what you know.
Karmic wisdom from this potion: “The truth you have been avoiding is not as terrifying as the energy you have been using to avoid it. Say it to yourself first. Everything else becomes possible from there.”
🔴 The Potion of Release
What are you ready to stop carrying?
You chose the Potion of Release — and something in your energy is already exhaling.
You have been carrying something for a very long time. Perhaps you picked it up so gradually that you don’t quite remember life without it. Perhaps it was placed in your hands by someone else — a parent, a partner, a version of the world that taught you certain things about yourself that were never actually true. Perhaps you chose it yourself, once, because carrying it felt safer than putting it down.
Whatever its origin — your karma is asking you, clearly and with great compassion, to set it down now.
Release is one of the most misunderstood spiritual concepts because it is so often confused with forgetting or pretending. We resist releasing things because we believe that letting go means saying it didn’t matter, that it wasn’t real, that the pain wasn’t valid. But that is not what release is. Release is the act of acknowledging something fully — feeling it, honouring it, understanding what it cost you — and then consciously choosing not to carry it into your future.
Release is not forgetting. It is graduating.
The thing you are ready to release might be a story — a narrative about who you are or what you’re capable of that was written in a painful chapter and has been running in the background ever since. I am not the kind of person who… or this always happens to me or I’m not someone who gets to have… These stories are not facts. They are conclusions drawn in pain by a version of you who was doing her best. That version deserves compassion. But she doesn’t get to write the rest of your story.
The release might be a person — not necessarily from your life, but from the energetic space they occupy in your mind. The ex you still replay conversations with. The parent whose approval you are still unconsciously seeking. The friend who hurt you in a way you said you were over but aren’t quite. Carrying people energetically long after they have physically left keeps you tethered to a past that cannot love you back. Your karma is asking you to cut the cord — with love, with full acknowledgment of what was real, and with the understanding that releasing them releases you most of all.
Or perhaps what you’re releasing is a version of yourself. The self who stayed too small, who apologised too much, who made herself convenient and undemanding and easy. That version of you served a purpose. She kept you safe in environments that required you to be invisible. But you are not in those environments anymore — or if you are, you are becoming someone who no longer needs to be.
The Potion of Release works slowly and gently. It does not rip things away. It simply begins, once you’ve chosen it, the process of loosening the grip — yours on the past, and the past’s on you. You may notice over the coming weeks that certain things simply stop having the charge they once had. That you think about certain things less. That your body feels lighter in ways you can’t quite explain.
That is the release working. Let it.
Karmic wisdom from this potion: “You were never meant to carry this forever. You were meant to carry it long enough to understand what it taught you — and then lay it down with grace. That moment is now.”
🔵 The Potion of Balance
Where might you need to restore harmony?
You chose the Potion of Balance — and the universe is noting the wisdom in that choice.
Something in your life has tipped. Not catastrophically, not in a way that is obvious to everyone around you — but in a way that you can feel if you’re honest with yourself. An area where you have been giving more than receiving. A relationship or dynamic where the scales have drifted out of equilibrium. A part of yourself that has been consistently deprioritised in service of other people, other demands, other things that felt more urgent.
Your karma is not accusing you of doing anything wrong. It is simply pointing, with patient precision, to where the harmony has frayed — and asking whether you are ready to restore it.
Balance is a concept that sounds simple until you try to live it. Because so many of us were taught — implicitly, persistently — that imbalance in certain directions was a virtue. That giving without receiving was generosity. That ignoring your own needs was selflessness. That putting everyone else first was love. These teachings are not without beauty, but they contain a shadow side that karma has a long memory for: when we consistently deplete ourselves for others, we eventually have nothing left to give — and then we resent both the others and ourselves.
The karmic lesson in the Potion of Balance is about reciprocity. The universal law that energy must flow in two directions to remain healthy. That the same care, attention and love you offer so freely to the people and causes around you deserves to find its way back to you — and that it is your responsibility, not anyone else’s, to create the conditions for that to happen.
Where in your life has the giving been one-directional? In your closest relationships, are you the one who holds space, listens deeply, shows up consistently — while quietly wondering when it will be your turn to be held? In your work or creative life, are you pouring enormous energy into something that is not yet giving back in proportion? In your relationship with yourself, are you the last one on your own list — cared for only after everyone else’s needs have been met?
The Potion of Balance does not ask you to stop giving. It asks you to balance your giving with an equal and conscious act of receiving. Of asking for what you need. Of saying no to what depletes you. Of recognising that a life in service of others is only sustainable when it is built on a foundation of genuine self-care rather than self-sacrifice.
There may also be an energetic imbalance your karma is pointing to — between the masculine and feminine energies within you, between action and rest, between doing and being. Modern life rewards the relentless pursuit of productivity, and many of us have internalised that reward system so deeply that stillness feels like failure and rest feels like laziness. Your karma knows otherwise. The seasons are in balance. The moon is in balance. The tides are in balance. And you, as a being of this natural world, are designed for rhythm — not relentless forward motion.
Restore the balance. Not all at once, not through dramatic overhaul, but through small and consistent acts of choosing yourself as worthy of the same care you give everything else.
You are not selfish for needing balance. You are wise.
Karmic wisdom from this potion: “You cannot pour from an empty vessel — but more than that, you deserve to be full. Balance is not a luxury. It is the foundation of everything you are trying to build.”
